Headbangers Blob has posted a new audio interview with SLIPKNOT frontman Corey Taylor conducted in late June. In addition to discussing the creation of the band’s new disc, “All Hope Is Gone”, Corey talked about the ever-present studio tensions that allow SLIPKNOT to create such explosive albums; lamented the volatile political climate in America and addressed why he’s not voting in the 2008 election; emphasized the rewards and responsibilities of being a father and touched upon the personal hardships he was able to temporarily escape during the making of “All Hope Is Gone”.
